Running a team
With the Business plan, your whole team uses Please Send It under one roof. One person looks after the account, the others request their documents, and the company receives a single invoice. That's it.
In three steps
- You take the Business plan from "My subscription". Your space becomes the team's: 5 users are included, and you are the first.
- You invite your colleagues from "My organization" by typing their email address. Each receives a link, valid for 14 days, and sets up their access in a minute.
- Everyone gets to work: they create their requests, chase their recipients, receive their documents. You keep the big picture.
A single invoice
The company pays one monthly subscription for the whole team: €44 per month for Email only, €49 per month with text messages (100 texts per month included), VAT included. Beyond 5 users, the price drops as the team grows: €9 per month each from the 6th to the 20th, €7 from the 21st to the 50th, €5 beyond. Paid yearly, you get two months free. A user added or removed during the month is prorated, on the same invoice.
The invoice is issued in the company's name, with its address and VAT number, entered at checkout and editable at any time. All invoices can be downloaded from "My subscription". Nobody on the team pays upfront or files an expense report.
Three nested roles
- Owner: manages the subscription and invoices, renames the organization, changes everyone's role. The owner also has all of an administrator's rights.
- Administrator: invites and removes colleagues, sees all of the team's projects and the full reporting. Can take over the follow-up of an absent colleague's project.
- Member: creates their own projects and can share them with the team. Sees who their administrators are, with their email, to know who to contact.
Roles are nested: an owner is also an administrator and a member. There is nothing to combine.
When someone leaves
An administrator removes the colleague in one click, or the colleague leaves the organization themselves. Their place is freed at once and their projects stay with the team: an administrator takes over the follow-up, without losing any of the documents received.
Already taken care of
- The GDPR data processing agreement, required by law when a company entrusts data to a provider, is included in the Terms of Use: nothing separate to sign.
- Monthly reporting per person: requests created, people chased, documents received, emails and texts sent.
- The same guarantees as for everyone: payment by Stripe, hosting in France, files deleted automatically. See the Trust page.
