Terms of Sale

Effective September 30, 2026.

1. The seller

Please Send It, available at pleasesendit.com, is sold by PAPEL SAS, a company with share capital of €100, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 843 729 864, registered office 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, EU VAT number FR18843729864, chaired by Vincent Bernard. Contact: support@pleasesendit.com.

2. The plans

The plans, what they include and their price are shown on the "My subscription" page, before any purchase. Each paid plan comes in three versions, depending on how reminders are sent: "Email only", "SMS only" or "Email + SMS". Prices include 20% VAT:

• Free: €0, reminders by email only.
• Single request, one-time payment: €4.90 in Email only; €5.90 in SMS only or Email + SMS, with up to 20 text messages for the request. The paid request is attached to the first project created after payment.
• Unlimited: €9.90 per month in Email only; €12 per month in SMS only or Email + SMS, with up to 30 text messages per month.
• Business, for 5 users: €44 per month in Email only; €49 per month in SMS only or Email + SMS, with up to 100 text messages per month. Additional users, tiered price per month: €9 each from the 6th to the 20th, €7 from the 21st to the 50th, €5 beyond.
• Extra text messages, in SMS only and Email + SMS: €3 per block of 25 text messages, up to 1,000 extra text messages; once for Single request, every month for Unlimited and Business.
• Premium template (a request template that includes a ready-to-sign document), on the Free plan: €2.90 one-off; the template stays with the organization. Included in Unlimited and Business.
• Yearly billing, for Unlimited and Business: ten months paid for twelve (two months free), in a single payment for the year, additional users and text messages included; included text messages are still counted each month.

3. Purchase and payment

• Purchases are made from the "My subscription" page, by the owner of the organization. When you choose a plan, a window sums up your choice. The order is placed when you check the box there, "I accept the Terms of Sale and want to start right away. Once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies", then confirm payment on the Stripe page. The version of these terms and the date of your acceptance are recorded and sent with the payment.
• Payment is made online by bank card, on a secure page of Stripe, the payment provider. No card data is kept by Please Send It.
• A monthly subscription renews automatically every month, on the anniversary date of the purchase, unless canceled.
• A change of plan, version, number of users or extra text messages during the month is charged, or credited, pro rata for the remaining time, immediately.
• If a payment fails, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then the organization returns to the free plan.
• Invoices are available on the "My subscription" page, "Manage my subscription" button.
• Business customers: payment in full at the time of order. Any late payment incurs penalties at three times the legal interest rate and a fixed collection fee of €40 (Articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code).

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, free of charge, from the "My subscription" page: "Cancel my subscription" button, then "Confirm cancellation". An email acknowledges receipt of the cancellation and states its effective date. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access to the plan until that date, nothing more is charged, then the organization returns to the free plan. Files remain subject to their retention period.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have fourteen days from the purchase to withdraw, without giving any reason, by notifying us by email at support@pleasesendit.com or by mail to PAPEL, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, for example using the form below. We refund you within fourteen days, using the payment method you used.

By checking the box provided before payment, you expressly ask to use the paid plan before the end of this period. You remain free to withdraw, but you pay an amount proportional to the service provided until you communicate your decision. If the service has been fully provided before the end of the period (for example a completed "Single request"), you have waived your right of withdrawal and can no longer exercise it.
