You are making a surprise video: everyone films a short message. The hard part is getting them all in time. Please Send It sends each person their own link, reminds latecomers for you, then puts the videos received together into a single film.

What it usually looks like
- Videos arrive over WhatsApp, compressed, across ten different chats.
- Three friends promise theirs "tonight", and the party is getting close.
- You don't dare remind people a fourth time.
- Then you still have to edit it all, in software you don't know.
The montage, without editing software
As soon as a video arrives, a "Montage" button appears on your campaign's page. You put the videos in the order you want, keep or leave out each one, trim its start and end, then write an opening card and a closing card.
- The film plays the opening card, then for each person a card with their name and their video, then the closing card.
- It comes out in 1080p, landscape: a video filmed upright is centred on a blurred background.
- It keeps rendering even if you leave the page. You then watch the film and download it as an MP4, and you can remake it as often as you like.
- With Unlimited or Business, if your Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive is connected, the film is copied there too.
How it works, in three steps
- Create a campaign with a document in video format, for example "Your video", and an instruction: about one minute, landscape if possible.
- Add friends and family, with their email or mobile number. Everyone films and sends their video from their phone, with no account.
- Set the date. Latecomers get reminded; once the videos are in, you start the montage.
Everyone gets a personal link by email or text message. No account to create, no app to install: they snap their document with their phone.

What matters for you
- Nothing for your friends to install: one link, the phone's camera, done.
- Up to 2 GB per video with a paid plan. On the Free plan, each file is limited to 10 MB, often too little for a video filmed on a phone.
- Only you see the videos: your friends see neither the others' videos nor their contact details.
- A friend can't take part? They say so in one click, and they are no longer reminded.

Do my friends need to install an app or create an account?
No. Everyone gets a personal link by email or text message and sends their video from their phone.
Which video formats are accepted?
Common video formats such as MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 2 GB per video with a paid plan.
Do I need video editing skills?
No. You choose the order, the trims and the text of the two cards; the server puts the film together on its own. If you don't like it, change the settings and remake it.
Can I add music?
Not for now: the film keeps each video's own sound, and the opening, closing and name cards are silent.
How much does it cost?
A birthday fits the 1 campaign plan: €4.90 once with email only, €5.90 with text messages, however many friends. Prices include VAT.
