How it works, in three steps

- Set the deadline. An extra reminder can go out the day before and on the day to families who haven't replied.

What matters for you
- On the parents' phone: one link, one photo, done. No app, no account.

Frequently asked questions
Do parents need to create an account?
No. Each family gets a personal link by email or text message and sends its documents from a phone, with no account and no app.
Can parents see other families' documents?
No. People in the same campaign see neither the files nor the contact details of others. Only the person who asked sees what was sent.
Can I set a firm deadline?
Yes. You choose the deadline and how often reminders go out, and you can add an extra reminder the day before and on the day of the deadline.
What if a family can't provide a document?
On their upload page, they choose "I can't provide this document" and explain why. The document is no longer chased, and you get their reason by email.
How much does it cost?
A trip or a back-to-school file fits the 1 campaign plan: €4.90 once with email only, however many families there are. For several campaigns a year, Unlimited costs €9.90 per month. Prices include VAT.
