Frequently asked questions
Can I ask for a written answer instead of a file?
Yes. A document can be a written answer or a web link instead of a file, for example "Which room and meal preferences?".
Do attendees need to create an account?
No. Everyone gets a personal link by email or text message and replies from their phone, with no account and no app.
Can I receive large files, such as a video?
Yes. On the Free plan, 10 MB per file; on the paid plans, 100 MB per file and up to 2 GB for a video document.
What happens when someone has sent everything?
Their reminders stop at once, and they get an email confirming everything arrived. When everything is in, you are notified.
How much does it cost?
An event fits the 1 campaign plan: €4.90 once with email only, €5.90 with text messages. If you run several events, Unlimited costs €9.90 per month. Prices include VAT.
