For HR teams and small business owners
New hire: the complete file before day one
The bank details that never arrive, the ID you are still waiting for, the contract not yet signed. Please Send It asks the new hire for each document, sends the reminders for you and hands everything back, renamed and sorted.
Free, no credit card.
What it looks like today
- Signed contract, bank details, social security proof: each document arrives separately, or not at all.
- You chase the new hire before their first day, which is not the welcome you had in mind.
- ID copies and bank details sit in email inboxes.
- Every new hire starts from a blank page.
How it works, in three steps
- Start from the "New employee onboarding" ready-made request: ten documents, including the contract, the internal rules and the IT policy to sign.
- Add the new hire. They get their own link, with no account to create, and send their documents from their phone.
- Set the deadline, for example a few days before they start. Reminders stop as soon as everything is in.
Everyone gets a personal link by email or text message. No account to create, no app to install: they snap their document with their phone.

Frequently asked questions
Which documents should I ask a new employee for?
The "New employee onboarding" ready-made request suggests ten: employment contract, ID, social security number proof, bank details, proof of address, diplomas, badge photo, health insurance certificate or opt-out request, internal rules and IT policy. It follows French practice: before sending, remove what you don't need and add what is missing.
Is the electronic signature legally valid?
It is a simple electronic signature under the European eIDAS regulation, suited to everyday contracts, consents and certificates. The signed document is sealed, time-stamped and comes with a certificate of completion. It runs on Documenso, installed on our own servers.
Where are the documents stored?
In France. Each file received is encrypted on arrival, with AES-256-GCM and its own key. An encrypted copy is made every hour in a second location, in France. Details are on the Trust page.
Does the employee need to create an account?
No. They get a personal link by email or text message and upload their documents with no account and no app.
Can several HR people follow the same files?
Yes, with the Business plan: 5 users included, shared campaigns, and an administrator who sees every campaign and can take over a colleague's follow-up while they are away.
