How it works, in three steps
- Invite your colleagues to your organisation by email.
- Everyone launches their campaigns, from a ready-made request or a blank page, and shares them with the team.
- Reminders go out on their own. The administrator sees every campaign and the monthly reporting, and can take over a colleague's follow-up while they are away.
Everyone gets a personal link by email or text message. No account to create, no app to install: they snap their document with their phone.

What matters for you
- 5 users included, then a decreasing price per extra user. The people you ask for documents do not count as users.
- Three roles: owner, administrator, member. When someone leaves, their seat is freed and their campaigns stay with the team. Details on the Administrator page.
- A single invoice, in the company's name, with its address and VAT number.
- Supplier certificates requested again every year on their own, and a copy of every document received in your Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive.
Which plan?
- Business: €44 per month with email only, €49 with text messages (100 texts per month), for 5 users.
- Paid yearly, two months are free. Cancel at any time from "My subscription".
- Working alone? Unlimited, €9.90 per month, is enough, however many people you need to remind.

Frequently asked questions
How many users does the Business plan include?
5 users, then a decreasing price per extra user, detailed in the FAQ. Users are the team members who create and follow campaigns, not the people you ask for documents.
What happens when a colleague leaves the company?
Their seat is freed at once and their campaigns stay with the team, with none of the documents received lost. An administrator can take over their campaigns.
Is the invoice issued in the company's name?
Yes. The address and VAT number are entered at payment and can be changed at any time. Payment is by card, on a secure Stripe page.
Can we connect our tools?
Yes, through the API included in the plan: your CRM, your ERP or a platform like n8n, Make or Zapier can create a campaign, track who sent what and retrieve the files. See the API documentation.
Is the service GDPR compliant?
Yes. For professional use, you are the data controller and PAPEL acts as processor. The data processing agreement is part of the terms of use, accepted at sign-up. Files are hosted in France and encrypted.
