For lecturers, teachers and trainers
Assignments, projects, questions: everything arrives on time, and you chase no one
Due Friday 6 pm: at 6:05 pm, six papers are still missing, two teams have sent three versions each and a GitHub link won't open. Please Send It asks every student for their work, reminds them before the deadline and tells you exactly who handed in what, when, and how late.
Free, no credit card.
What it looks like today
- Work arrives by email, through the school platform, by message, under file names that say nothing.
- You can't tell who submitted at 5:58 pm and who at 6:40 pm, or prove it if a student disputes it.
- For a group project, three members of the same team each upload a version, and the fourth team has sent nothing.
- Shared links open on an access request, and answers to pre-class questions get lost in your inbox.
How it works, in three steps
- Start from a ready-made request ("Hand in an assignment", "Group project submission", "Questions before class") or list what you expect: a file, a link or written answers.
- Add your students by importing the class list as an Excel or CSV file, with a team column for group projects.
- Set the date and the exact deadline time (11:59 pm by default, Paris time) and what happens afterwards: accept and flag late work, or close submissions.
Everyone gets a personal link by email or text message. No account to create, no app to install: they snap their document with their phone.

What matters for you
- A real deadline time: the reminder the day before and the last reminder on the day follow it, and your summary arrives right after.
- Every submission is time-stamped. After the deadline, it is flagged "submitted 2 h 15 min late" in the tracking view, in the ZIP export and in the API; if you close submissions, the page says so and the server refuses uploads.
- One submission per team: when one member uploads, it counts for the whole group, teammates are no longer reminded and can see what was handed in.
- Students get a receipt with the exact time: no more arguing about "I sent it on time".
- Files, GitHub or Figma links, videos up to 2 GB, written answers: everything arrives sorted by student, ready to download as one ZIP.
Which plan?
- One assignment or project is one campaign: €4.90 once with email only, however many students there are.
- Several courses or several assignments a term: Unlimited, €9.90 per month.
- To try it out: the Free plan, one campaign at a time, 5 people, email reminders.

Frequently asked questions
Can I set an exact deadline time, not just a date?
Yes. The deadline has a time, 11:59 pm by default, Paris time. It shows on the upload page, in emails and text messages, and the last reminders are timed around it.
What happens when a student submits late?
You decide, campaign by campaign. By default, the upload is accepted and flagged "submitted 2 h 15 min late", with the exact time, in the tracking view and the export. You can also close submissions at the deadline: the page explains it to the student and the server refuses any upload.
How do group projects work?
Mark the document "one submission per team" and set each student's team, by hand or with a team column when importing. As soon as one member uploads, the document counts for the whole team: teammates are no longer reminded and see the submission on their page.
Do students need to create an account?
No. Each student gets a personal link by email or text message and uploads their work from a computer or a phone, with no account and no app.
Can I ask for a link instead of a file?
Yes. A document can be a link (GitHub repository, Figma file, online video) or a written answer, instead of or alongside a file. The "Link submission" ready-made request reminds students to check that their link opens without an access request.
