How it works, in three steps
- Start from a ready-made request (registration, away games, general meeting) or list your own documents.
- Add your members or families, one by one or by importing an Excel or CSV file.
- Set the deadline. Everyone is reminded at the pace you chose, and you see at a glance who has sent everything.

Frequently asked questions
Do families need to create an account or install an app?
No. Everyone gets a personal link by email or text message and sends their documents from their phone, with no account and no app.
Can I import our member list?
Yes, from an Excel or CSV file. A sample file is offered when you import.
Can parents sign the consent form?
Yes. With a paid plan, they sign online. Otherwise, they print the document, sign it and send it back as a photo or a PDF.
How much does a registration season cost?
A single campaign, even with hundreds of members, fits the 1 campaign plan: €4.90 once with email only, €5.90 with text messages. If the club runs several campaigns a year, Unlimited costs €9.90 per month. Prices include VAT.
Can other members see my documents?
No. Each person only sees their own request. Only the person who asked and, in an organisation, the colleagues they share the campaign with can see the files received.
